The event is free of charge and open to the general public. You do not need to be a resident of Andover to attend. To ensure everyone can participate, please note the following:

• This is a paper only event
• Limit of 10 boxes/bags per person
• No prior sign up required
• Staples and paper clips ok
• No 3-ring binders please
