For the collection and destruction of ongoing files generated at the home or office, Shred a Box is the perfect solution. Here’s how it works.

Fill It...

• Log on or create a free online account.
• Order the box(es) that best suit your needs, or simply use your own box(es).
• When you receive your order setup your box(es) and fill it with your confidential materials each day until full.

Ship It...

• When full, seal the box(es) using the provided security tape.
• Apply the return shipping label(s) provided with your order.
• Schedule a pickup with the carrier you chose during checkout.

Watch It Get Destroyed...

• Once received at our facility, your entire box is shredded. No one ever opens your box.
• Your box is video-recorded as it’s being destroyed.
• We will send you an email alert when the shredding process is complete.
• Log on to your account to watch the confirmation destruction video and view your box as it’s shredded.
• A certificate of destruction for each box is available as well.

Other Useful Information

• A tracking # is provided for every box returned so you can verify that it safely arrived at our facility.
• You may add notes to your order so you can keep track of what was shredded and when.
• You may choose the auto-renewal feature on an order and we will automatically send you boxes according to your chosen preferences.
• If you’d like extra assurance that the box in the video is yours, we recommend that you mark the top of the box with something large and dark that only you will know. When you see it in the video, you’ll know it’s your box.
